JIS F2029 towing bracket
SMIT Bracket, also known as towing bracket, mooring bracket, is a commonly used marine mooring device welded to the deck. It is made of high grade alloy steel and can withstand loads from 450KN to 4000KN for chain sizes from 28mm to 132mm. The surface is coated with anti-rust primer for good corrosion resistance.
